从完善药械采购组织机构、规范药械采购运行机制、严格药械采购检查监督等方面论述了军队综合性医院建立药械集中采购新模式的有关做法与实践,为推进医院的药械采购改革、提高经济效益提供了借鉴。
The new drug ＆ instrument purchase mode in the comprehensive military hospital is discussed from the aspects of organization, operation mechanism and supervision, which lays a foundation for the reform in the hospital and enhanced economic benefit.
