脉冲双极系统与传统高频电刀比较有效性的系统评价分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:系统评价脉冲双极系统与传统高频电刀比较的有效性。方法:对MEDLINE数据库进行文献检索,关键词为全文检索"pulsed bipolar and Kleppinger bipolar forceps or monopolar Scissorsor or Richard Wolf or Vernon Hills",对检索的文章用QUADAS工具筛选,并对符合标准的文章进行全文分析。结果:3篇研究文章符合QUADAS所设定的标准,共180例病例纳入分析,其中使用脉冲双极高频电刀病例90例,使用传统高频电刀病例90例,脉冲双极系统在手术时间与血流失量2个参数均优于传统高频电刀。结论:脉冲双极高频电刀系统具有手术时间短、患者血流失量少的特点。 To review and critically assess the comparative effectiveness of pulsed bipolar system and the traditional high-frequency electrotome. ~ Literature retrieval was performed with the key words of pulsed bipolar and Kleppinger bipolar forceps or monopolar Scissorsor or Richard Wolf or Vernon Hills. QUADAS was used to screen the detected literatures, then full-text analyses were carried out for the selected literatures. ~ There were 3 literatures according with QUADAS, in which 180 cases were involved, including 90 ones with pulsed bipolar system and 90 ones with the traditional high-frequency electrotome. It's proved that pulsed bipolar system functioned better than the traditional high-frequency electrotome in operation time and blood loss. Ctmalutdaa Pulsed bipolar system is gifted with the advantages of short operation time and low blood loss.
