高含油生活污水处理工程运行存在问题及解决措施

Existing problems during the process of high grease-containing domestic sewage treatment and solving measures thereof

新疆吐鲁番地区某油田基地污水处理站采用水解酸化-BAF-混凝过滤为主的工艺处理生活污水。当地生活污水具有油脂含量高的特点,由于处理工艺没有考虑隔油除油措施,造成输水管道和设备堵塞严重。通过技术改造增加隔油沉淀池和加强运行管理,有效解决了污水处理站运行中存在的问题,确保了处理出水的达标排放和回用。

The process based on hydrolysis acidification-BAF-coagulation and filtration is adopted to treat domestic sewage in an oilfield sewage treatment station in Tulufan area of Xinjiang province. As the local domes- tic sewage contains high concentration of grease and the treatment process has been designed without considering oil separating and removing measures, pipes and equipments of the said station are always blocked seriously. Through adding an oil separation/sedimentation tank and strengthening management, the above problems were ef- fectively solved, which ensure the effluent water quality meet the standards for discharge and reutilization.
