食品发酵工业常用的循环水系统分为设循环水池和不设循环水池2种形式。在北方寒冷地区,循环水池及冷却塔的防冰措施十分重要。介绍了循环水池及冷却塔的防冰方法:对于循环水池,可采取增大覆土厚度、采暖及保温、减少漂水、溅水的措施;对于冷却塔,可从内部工艺设计、外部管线配置及运行方面采取措施。实际工程中应对各因素综合考虑才能得到满意效果。
Circulating cooling water systems commonly used in food fermentation industry are classified into two types: with or without circulating water pool. In cold area of northern China, it is very important for circulat- ing water pool and cooling tower to take anti-icing measures. The anti-icing methods for circulating water pool included: increasing covering soil thickness, taking measures of heating and heat prevention, reconstructing it to reduce water drifting and splashing. For cooling tower, anti-icing measures should be taken in aspects of process designing, external pipeline arrangement, and operation control. In practical engineering, all those elements should be taken into consideration, only such, proper anti-icing measures can be adopted, and finally obtain a satisfied effect.
