环氧丙烷泡沫灭火试验及工程设计 被引量:1

摘要 国内外对空气泡沫扑救环氧丙烷液体火灾的灭火性能认识尚不深入,相关规范均未对该类储罐泡沫灭火系统的设计做明确规定。通过新型环氧丙烷专用泡沫的灭火试验,研究利用空气泡沫扑救环氧丙烷等可燃液体火灾的灭火性能及系统关键设计参数。根据灭火试验结果,结合环氧丙烷罐区的泡沫灭火系统设计项目,比较试验结论,并校核确定符合GB 50151—2010《泡沫灭火系统设计规范》的系统关键设计参数,最终确定实际工程中环氧丙烷泡沫灭火系统的设计。 As the fire-extinguishing performance of air-foam on the fire caused by propylene oxide is not clearly known in both China and abroad, there is no definite regulation about the design of the foam-fire extin- guishing system for the said tank in relevant standards. Through the fire-extinguishing test of the novel special foam on the fire caused by propylene oxide, the fire-extinguishing performance of the said air-foam on the fire caused by propylene oxide and some other flammable liquids was investigated with the key design parameters of the system studied at the same time. Combining with the design of the project using the said foam fire-extin- guishing system in PO tank area, the test results was checked to see whether it complied with the key design pa- rameters in GB50151-2010 Code for design of foam extinguishing systems, and then, the design scheme of the foam extinguishing system in actual project was finally determined.
