风载荷与跟踪误差影响下定日镜聚光效率研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过数值模拟获取受风载荷和跟踪误差两种影响因素下定日镜的镜面变形点的坐标,利用B样条曲面插值法对变形点进行曲面重构,并通过数值差分法求得变形点的法矢量进而判定反射光线的损失量,并获得定日镜面的聚光效率。分析了两种影响因素对定日镜聚光效率的影响规律,结果表明:风载荷对定日镜聚光有重要影响,在方位角和俯仰角的影响下,风载荷引起的聚光损失可达10%以上;跟踪误差对定日镜聚光效率也有明显影响,且俯仰角上跟踪误差引起的聚光损失高于方位角上所引起的损失。 The deformation points coordinates of the heliostats are obtained by the numerical simulation under the influence of the wind load and tracking error; B-spline surface interpolation is used for surface reconstruction of the deformation points, then the vector of the deformation mirror point into the norm direction using numerical difference method is resolved, and the loss of reflection light and the focusing efficiency of the heliostats are calculated. For the influence law of the heliostats ibcn- sing efficiency is analyzed under the two influence factors, the results show that the wind load makes an important difference on the focusing light of the heliostats, under the influence of the azimuth and pitch angle, the loss caused by the wind load is over 10%. The tracking error has an distinct influence on the focusing efficiency of the heliostals, and the focusing loss caused by the azimuth angle is more than the pitch angle.
