摘要
分析了当前计算机辅助装配工艺规划系统的不足,提出了一种构建三维装配工艺设计系统的方法。对其中涉及的装配模型的构建,装配顺序规划、装配路径规划、碰撞干涉检测、装配过程动画等关键技术进行了研究。基于Pro/E平台,构建装配模型,人机交互产生装配序列;记录零件拆卸时经过的关键点产生装配路径;利用包容盒法检测干涉碰撞。利用Pro/TOOLKIT工具包,开发三维装配工艺规划系统原形系统,并以产品装配中的工序进行了实例验证。实验证明以此方法建立的系统可实现三维装配动画仿真,生成三维工序简图,能够形象生动地指导现场装配。
The deficiencies of the current computer aided assembly process system are analyzed, and a method of constructing Ihree-dimensional assembly process planning system is put forward. The key technologies are studied including assembly se- quence planning,assembly path planning, collision detection, assembly animation and so on. Based on Pro/E platform, struc- turing assembly model , producing assembly sequence by human-computer interaction. Producing assembly path by recording key points created by disassembfng parts; Using tolerance box method to test collision detection, a prototype system of 3D as- sembly process planning system with the Pro/TOOLKIT is developed, and the system is tested by a assembly process of the product . The test has proved that the system, based on this method, can realize simulation of 3D assembly animation, produce 3d process diagram, and vividly guide the feld assemblage.
