摘要
针对银触点焊接性能稳定性差、焊接面积低的问题,以电阻钎焊AgCdO触头和覆铜钢带触桥为研究对象,通过对不同结构银触点的焊接试验,分析其焊接性能,发现可用提高银触点焊接面平面度、润湿度以及工艺槽的导通等方法来提高触头焊接质量。
Aiming at the poor stability and small area on welding property of silver contact, taking resistance brazing AgCdO contact and copper clad steel belt as study object, by conducting Ag contact weld experiment of different structure to analyze the weld property. The study find if the flatness of Ag contact the wettability and the break over of the process tank are im- proved, then the weld property of contact could be improved.
