摘要
运用ANSYS软件对钢圈进行弯曲工况下的应力分析,计算该工况下钢圈应力强度的大小及分布。计算结果与实践中钢圈受弯矩载荷作用出现断裂的情况相吻合。分析计算结果表明,钢圈强度的有限元仿真分析是实现轿车结构部件强度的有效手段。
A slress analysis is made for Ihe intension of steel wheel in bending condition by using tile ANSYS, then the stress value and distrihulion of the steel wheel could he aehieved. The resuh of calculation could agree with the truth of steel wheel hn^ken siluafion under Ihe hending load in praeliee. The results demonstrate that the FEM-simulation of the steel wheel is an efficient approach to realize the strength design of automohile components.
