摘要
以反共振振动理论为基础,通过建立力学模型并对动力学参数进行设计,提出了一种新型惯性往复振动筛,该振动筛基本特点在于其双振动体特征。通过算例利用机械动力学系统分析软件ADAMS对其仿真,证明其具有质量小、能耗低、隔振效果好等优点。因此研究过程和分析结果具有较大的工程实际应用价值及理论指导意义。
Based on the reverse resonance theory, a new type of inertial reciprocating vibrating screen is designed through sim- plifying mechanical model; it has the feature of double vibration body. Through an example by using the mechanical kinetics system analysis software ADAMS, it is proved that the anti-resonant sieve consumes lower energy consumption and has better vibration isolation effect etc. Therefore, the research process and analysis results in this article have great practical application value and theoretical significance.
