摘要
以通用4T65E变速器为例,利用杠杆法建立了其等效杠杆图及等效杠杆转速曲线图,定性的分析某档位下各构件的转速;基于图论法推导建立传动比矩阵,定量的分析某档位各构件转速及传动比;通过分析过程与结果,明确自动变速器行星齿轮机构传动比计算方法的选择。
Taking 4T65E Automatic transmission as an example, the equivalent leverage figure and equivalent gearing speed graph are established by leverage method and the gear member of rotation is to be qualitative analyzed ; The transmission ratio matrix is established based on graph theory and each component of gear speed and transmission ratio is to be quantitative ana- lyzed. The automatic transmission planetary mechanism transmission calculation method choice is cleared by analyzing the process and the result.
