摘要
通过对LBQ1200型沥青混凝土搅拌机的给料机、加热滚筒、燃烧器点火加热设备、振动筛、热称料仓、搅拌锅、除尘设备结构等进行分析,着重阐述了各部件应当注意的问题,并根据实际生产中遇到的机械故障提出了实际可行的维修、改进方法。
The structure of dust removal equipment is analysed which including LBQ1200 type asphalt concrete mixer feeding machine, heating roller, burner ignition heating equipment, vibrating screen, thermal said bin, stir the pot. The problems of various components are emphatically expounded and should pay attention, and according to the mechanical problems encoun- tered in the actual production practical maintenance, improvement methods are put forward.
