摘要
通过对国内外工程材料表面磨损、裂纹自愈合技术以及转子自动平衡系统的研究现状进行分析,将故障自愈化技术引进到齿轮箱中,以实现在工作过程中齿轮箱内零件的磨损、裂纹以及轴系不平衡的故障自修复。
Through the research on current status and progresses of the self-healing technologies of engineering material sur- face abrasion and crack and the automatic balance system of the rotor, the self-recovery theory is introduced into the gearbox, it can make the fault recovered by itself such as abrasion, crack and imbalance of the shaft system in gearbox.
