摘要
针对湿式DCT换挡过程,分析了离合器扭矩传递特性,根据离合器压力与离合器扭矩的正比关系,设计了换挡过程中离合器分离接合的控制策略,编写控制程序,进行实验,分别针对离合器交互过大、过小进行了分析,修正了策略中的数据设定,得到适合的离合器交错程度。
Aiming at the shifting processes of wet DCT, clutch torque transfer characteristics are analyzed. Based on positive relationship between clutch pressure and clutch torque, the shifting control strategies of engagement clutch is designed. Com- piling the control program and testing it. The too much clutch interaction or too little respectively are analyzed. Data setting is corrected; a suitable degree of clutch interaction is obtained.
