摘要
本文基于对机助翻译及目前翻译市场现状的思考,分析了对外经贸合同的特点;阐述了机助手段对翻译的必要性和可行性;描述了其对翻译流程以及质量的影响;提出了一个更为易捷的翻译流程,旨在促进人们对机助翻译的认识,为其进一步推广和应用提供一个新途径。
Based on an analysis of the latest development in computer-aided translation （CAT） and current translation market as well as the features of business contracts, the article explains the necessity and the possi- bility of employing CAT in business translation and describes how its use may influence the workflow and quality of translation. It then introduces to the reader an easy-to-operate workflow.
