海龙蛤蚧口服液中淫羊藿苷的含量测定

Content Determination of Icariin in HaiLong Gejie Oral Liquid

目的:探讨海龙蛤蚧口服液中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法,为其质量控制提供实验依据。方法:采用高效液相法测定淫羊藿苷的含量,Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(25:75),流速为1.0 mL/min,最大检测波长为270 nm。结果:淫羊藿苷在0.023 2～0.740 0μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=74 988x+22 920,R2=1.0,依测定结果,暂定制剂中淫羊藿苷含量为每毫升不低于1.35μg。结论:该方法简便、准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为海龙蛤蚧口服液质量控制的有效方法。

Objective： To provide experimental evidence for quality control of HaiLong Gejie oral liquid through discussing the content determination method of icariin.Method： High performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） was used for the content determination of icariin,the column was Diamonsil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（25：75）,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 270nm.Result： Icariin showed the better linear relationship in the range of 0.023 2~0.74 00 μg,and the regression equation was y=74988x＋22920,R2=1.0.Based on the test results,the contents of icariin in the tentative preparations were not less than 1.35μg/mL.Conclusion： The method,simple,accurate,sensitive and reproducible,is effective for quality control of HaiLong Gejie oral liquid.
