摘要
目的:分析农村女性精神障碍患者发病的相关因素与特点,探讨相关干预措施的作用。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对46例农村女性精神障碍患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:学业、恋爱问题及家庭纠纷、生活压力、人际冲突、躯体疾病等负性生活事件是农村女性精神障碍的主要原因。结论:对农村女性精神障碍患者实施心理干预,能提高治愈率,缩短住院时间,对预防精神障碍的发生和预后有重要意义。
Objective： To discuss the function of intervention measures through analyzing the related factors and features of psychogenia attack in rural woman.Method： Clinical data of 46 female patients were analyzed retrospectively.Result： The main reasons of psychogenia in rural woman were education,love problem and family dispute,life stress,interpersonal conflict,physical disease.Conclusion： Psychological intervention to rural woman suffering from psychogenia could raise cure rate and shorten hospitalization time,which is meaningful to prevent the onset and prognosis of psychogenia.
