粘连性肠梗阻的中西医结合优化护理探讨

Optimized Nursing for the Patients Suffering from Adhesive Ileus with Integrative Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合优化护理粘连性肠梗阻的临床效果。方法:对粘连性肠梗阻患者32例(观察组)采用中西医结合优化护理,25例(对照组)采用西医常规护理。结果:观察组31例痊愈,1例中转手术治愈;对照组21例痊愈,4例中转手术治愈。观察组平均住院天数少、满意度高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合优化护理方法护理粘连性肠梗阻患者可取得良好效果。

Objective： To discuss clinical effects of optimized nursing for the patients suffering from adhesive ileus with integrative medicine.Method： Thirty-two patients（the observation group） received optimized nursing with integrative medicine and 25 cases（the control group） routine nursing of western medicine.Result： There were 31 cases cured in the observation group,one case transferred to the surgery;there were 21 cases cured in the control group,four cases transferred to the surgery.Average hospitalization days of the observation group were fewer,the patients were with high satisfactory degree,the difference had statistical meaning compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Optimized nursing for the patients with adhesive ileus could obtain better effects with integrative medicine.
