大牛地水平井临界携液气量计算模型 被引量:12

A Model to Calculate Liquid-carrying Critical Flow Rate for Horizontal Wells in Daniudi Gas Field

摘要 受生产管柱倾斜角和水平段长度的影响,气藏水平井中垂直段、倾斜段、水平段的携液能力存在较大差异,只取其中某一段的临界携液流量值作为水平井的携液临界流量并不符合实际情况,会引起水平井筒积液,增加气层的回压,影响气井正常生产。针对此情况设计水平管和倾斜管临界携液模拟实验。结果表明,水平段临界携液气量计算采用K-H波动理论模型,倾斜段临界携液气量采用修正的携液模型计算,倾斜段的临界携液气量大于水平段和垂直段,最终得到合理的水平井连续携液模型。 With the inclination angle of the production string changes and the length of the horizontal section affects,the liquid carring capacity of the vertical segment,the tilt segment and the horizontal segment in horizontal wells are quite different.They are not in line with the actual situation if we take one of three liquid carring capacities as critical value of the horizontal wells.It will cause the effusion in horizontal wellbore,and increase the back pressure of gas well,which are affecting the normal production of gas wells.Design the carrying liquid simulation of a horizontal pipe and inclined pipe according to this situation.And the experimental results show that the liquid-carrying critical flow rate are calculated by using the K-H wave theory model for horizontal pipe and the modified model for inclined pipe.The critical value of the tilt segment is greater than the horizontal section and the vertical segment,and a reasonable liquid-carrying critical flow rate is obtained in horizontal wells.
