Research on Construction Cost Management for Petroleum Project Based on Valuation with Bill Quantity

阐述石油天然气工程建设项目和工程造价的特点,分析目前中国石油天然气建设工程项目工程造价管理中遇到的问题,对比国际通行的工程造价管理模式。在此基础上,对我国石油建设工程量清单的特点进行分析,探讨石油天然气建设工程项目工程造价管理模式及计价方式改革。

This article discusses the characteristics of its construction program and cost,and analyzes problems existing in the management of project construction cost in petroleum and gas industry,compared with its management pattern among several countries.Based on it,it analyzes the characteristics of bill of quantity,and discusses how to reform petroleum and gas engineering projects construction cost management mode and valuation mode.Finally it obtains conclusions and provides proper countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the Bill of Quantity Model in national petroleum industry.
