壳聚糖基聚电解质复合物溶液性质的研究

摘要 采用UV/Vis和荧光探针技术检测壳聚糖(CS)和聚甲基丙烯酸(PMAA)组成的聚电解质复合物在无机盐、醇介质中的溶液性质。结果表明:无机盐中阳离子的价态越高,CS/PMAA聚电解质复合物越容易解离,且静电屏蔽导致CS/PMAA复合体系最终产生絮凝,无机物的阴离子价态越高对CS/PMAA聚电解质复合物的影响也越大;而溶液中有机溶剂醇量增多,醇水混合溶剂介电常数降低,CS/PMAA复合物的复合程度降低。 The solution properties of CS/PMAA polyelectrolyte complexes(PEC) in inorganic salts or alcohols are detected by UV/Vis and fluorescent probe technologies.The results show that the higher valence of cation makes the CS/PMAA PEC dissociate easier,and electrostatic shielding makes the system of CS/PMAA PEC flocculate.The higher valence of anion also makes the CS/PMAA PEC dissociate easier.With the increasing of alcohols that is organic,the permittivity of the mixed solution decreased,which leads to the complex degree of CS/PMAA PEC decrease.
