摘要
车床中的仿形装置由于要求对样件的精确仿形,因此其液压系统需要采用精度更高的伺服系统。在伺服系统中减小误差与增大阻尼比是一对矛盾条件,通常在伺服系统中提高仿形精度的常用办法是对系统进行顺馈校正。探讨通过更改仿形装置杠杆的几何尺寸,建立优化数学模型的方法对系统误差实现控制,在稳定性满足的条件下,达到降低系统误差的目的。
Due to the requirement to prototype the precise contour,the higher precision servo system would be needed in hydraulic system.However,in a servo system to reduce the error and to increase the damping ratio is a pair of contradictory condition.Usually in the servo system to improve the commonly used way is copying accuracy for the system of negative feedback.In this article,we use the way which change the lever of copying device geometries,establish the optimization mathematical model method to control the system error.
