摘要
针对冰箱中梁加强板的外形、结构特点及精度要求,分析零件的成形工艺方案,设计合理的工序模具结构。冲孔、落料采用级进模设计方案,弯曲及成形在另一副模具上完成。
Aiming at the shape,structure characteristics and accuracy requirement of the middle beam reinforcing plate,the forming process is analyzed and reasonable mold structure for each process is designed.Process of piercing and blanking are completed by a progressive mold.Process of bending and forming are completed by another mold.
