摘要
通过模型试验研究了粤东某工程在不同潮位、不同泵组运行等组合工况下的泵流道内部水力特性。流道和循环泵吸水管内水流平稳,水面无大波动,循环泵在各工况下运行,泵的性能指标不会受到影响;不同潮位、不同工况组合下吸水泵开、停时水面波动较小,泵吸水口淹没度满足水泵正常运转要求,并有一定的安全余幅,不影响泵室的安全运行。研究结果可作为工程设计的依据。
It studies the hydraulic features of the intake channel of circulation water pump house of a project in east of Guangdong Province in combined conditions of different tidal levels and different pumps operation.Water flows steady in the model test without large fluctuation of water surface,and the performance indices of pump are not influenced in different operation cases.Water surface fluctuates little in opening and closing the suction pump in different tidal levels and different operating cases,the submergence depth of suction orifice satisfies the requirement of normal operation of water pumps,and has certain safety margin,which will not influence safety operation of the pump chamber.These study results can be used as reference in project design.
