摘要
在多雨少日照气候条件下,以10年生盛果红富士苹果树为试材,进行了外源喷施5 mmol/L的KHSO3溶液的试验。结果表明:KHSO3处理后,叶片的叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素(Car)的含量平均值分别比对照高25.97%、9.48%和3.60%;果实月均增量和组产量分别比对照高8.77%和8.84%;果实的可溶性固形物、总糖及维生素C含量分别比对照高10.94%、17.70%和10.44%,可滴定酸含量则比对照低17.24%,且果品色度也优于对照。因此,KHSO3处理有助于提高光合色素含量,增加果实生长量及产量,提升果品的质量。
Under raininess and poor sunshine, the ten - year - old Red Fuji apple trees at vigorous fruit - producing stage were treated by spraying 5 mmol/L KHSO3 solution. The results showed that: as compared with those in the control group, the average value of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid Car content in the leaves in the spray treatment increased by 25.97%, 9.48% and 3.60% respectively, the fruit monthly average increment and group yield increased by 8.77% and 8.84% respectively, the content of soluble solid, total sugar and vitamin C in the fruits increased by 10.94%, 17.70% and 10.44% respectively, and the titratable acid content in the fruits decreased by 17.24%. The fruit chroma in the spray treatment was superior to that in the control group. The above results indicated that spraying KHSO3 contributed to improving the photosynthetic pigment content, fruit incre- ment, yield and quality.
