摘要
利用循环水式根系分泌物收集系统收集大白菜根系分泌物,经甲醇洗脱和正己烷萃取旋蒸制样后,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析收集到的样品。结果共检测出50种化合物,主要有脂肪烃、芳香烃、酯类、羧酸和含有卤素及硫的化合物等。其中脂肪烃的相对含量为38.980%,1-甲基-1-苯基-2-环丙烯占总含量的6.282%。
By the recycled water collection system, the root exudates of Chinese cabbage were collected. After being eluted with methanol and extracted with normal hexane, the samples were analyzed by GC - MS. Fifty compounds were detected, mainly including aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, esters, carboxylic acids, and halogen - containing and sulfur - containing compounds. Among them, the relative content of aliphatic hydrocarbon was 38. 980%, and 1 -methyl -1 -phenyl -2 -cyclopro- pone accounted for 6.282% of the total content.
