摘要
目的观察内蒙古地区肝癌、膀胱癌、乳腺癌、肺癌、胃癌及肾脏恶性肿瘤患者体内血脂水平的变化。方法选取内蒙古地区已经确诊的肝癌、膀胱癌、乳腺癌、肺癌、胃癌及肾恶性肿瘤患者,设为A、B、C、D、E、F组,分别为54、99、63、119、49、92例。正常对照选自中心血站正常献血员及医院体检未患动脉粥样硬化、肝脏疾病、糖尿病及癌症的健康人群(G组)57例。采用免疫透射比浊法测定各组血清脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]浓度,酶学终点分析法测定血清TG、TC浓度,磷钨酸—镁沉淀法测定高密度脂蛋白—胆固醇(HDL-C)浓度,聚乙烯硫酸盐沉淀法测定血清低密度脂蛋白—胆固醇(LDL-C)浓度。结果 A、B、C、D、E、F、G组血清Lp(a)水平分别为(177.86±151.30)、(263.86±129.21)、(233.35±153.76)、(285.47±159.54)、(253.50±134.10)、(263.39±152.02)、(156.77±72.33)mg/L,B、C、D、E、F组与G组及A组比较,P均<0.01。A、B、C、D、E、F、G组血清HDL-C水平分别为(1.70±1.02)、(2.44±0.59)、(2.41±0.46)、(2.35±0.64)、(2.05±0.66)、(2.33±0.65)、(2.11±0.61)mmol/L,A组与B、C、D、E、F组比较,P均<0.01。结论内蒙古地区膀胱癌、肺癌、胃癌、乳腺癌及肾脏恶性肿瘤患者血清Lp(a)水平异常升高,而肝癌患者血清Lp(a)水平无明显变化,血清HDL-C水平异常降低。
Objective To observe the changes in serum lipid levels of patients with liver cancer, bladder cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, stomach cancer and malignant renal tumors in Inner Mongolia region. Methods In Inner Mongolia region, we selected 54 cases of patients with liver cancer ( group A), 99 cases of bladder cancer ( group B), 63 cases of breast cancer (group C), 119 cases of lung cancer (group D), 49 cases of stomach cancer (group E) and 92 cases of patients with malignant renal tumors (group F) ; meanwhile, 57 healthy people without atherosclerosis, hepatic disease, diabetes mellitus and cancer were selected as controls (group G). The concentration of Lp (a) in different groups was detected by immuno-turbidimetry, the concentrations of TG and TC were detected with enzymatic endpoint method, and the concentration of HDL-C was detected by PTA-Mg2+ and polyvinyl sulfate precipitation method was used to detect the concentration of LDL-C. Results The Lp (a) levels in group A, B, C, D, E, F and G were separately ( 177.86 ± 151.30), (263.86 ± 129.21 ), (233.35 ± 153.76), (285.47 ± 159.54), (253.50 ± 134.10), (263.39 ± 152.02 ), (156.77 ±72.33) mg/L, and the differences were significant when we compared group B, C, D, E, F with group G and A (allP〈0.01). The concentrations of HDL-C in groupA, B, C, D, E, F and Gwere (1.70±1.02), (2.44± 0.59), (2.41 ±0.46), (2.35 ±0.64), (2.05 ±0.66), (2.33 ±0.65), (2.11 ±0.61) mmol/L, and the differences were significant when we compared group A with group B, C, D, E and F, respectively (all P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions The concentrations of Lp(a) in patients with bladder cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, stomach cancer, and malignant renal tumors were significantly elevated. To liver cancer patients, the concentration of Lp(a) had no significant difference but the serum level of HDL-C was significantly lower than that of the control group and the other cancer patients.
