稽留流产患者绒毛组织中HGF、TGF-β1的表达变化及意义 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨肝细胞生长因子(HGF)和转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)与稽留流产的关系。方法运用免疫组化SP法检测26例稽留流产患者(稽留流产组)和43例正常早孕妇女(正常早孕组)绒毛组织中HGF及TGF-β1的表达,结果以半定量法计算。结果 HGF和TGF-β1均主要表达于绒毛滋养细胞和间质细胞的胞质内,HGF在正常早孕组绒毛组织中的表达高于稽留流产组(P<0.05)。TGF-β1在正常早孕组绒毛组织中的表达与稽留流产组无统计学差异。同一绒毛组织中TGF-β1与HGF的表达存在正相关(r=0.459,P<0.05)。结论稽留流产患者绒毛组织中HGF表达下降,TGF-β1可能通过调控HGF的表达参与稽留流产的发生发展。
