摘要
植物生长调节物质是广泛存在于植物体内的一类新型植物激素和具有植物激素活性的新型人工合成物质,在调节植物生长发育和抗逆性等方面具有非常重要的作用。综述了近5 a来,关于多胺(PAs)、水杨酸(SA)、油菜素内酯(BRs)、茉莉酸(JA)、钙(Ca2+)、5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA)和一氧化氮(NO)提高蔬菜作物抗逆性的研究进展,并概述了其在盐害、干旱、渗透、低温、高温、低氧、涝害、氧化、紫外线、重金属、病虫害等胁迫下,这些生长调节物质在蔬菜作物生理和分子方面的调控功能,可为利用外源植物生长调节物质提高蔬菜作物抗逆性和抗性品种选育提供理论依据。
Plant growth regulation substances were new plant hormones and new synthetic substances with hormone activity, which played very important roles in regulating plant growth and development and improving stress resistance. This paper reviewed research progress of polyamines (PAs), salicylic acid (SA), brassinosteroids (BRs), jasmonic acid (JA), calcium (Ca2+), 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) and nitric oxide (NO) on improving the stress resistance of vegetable crops in recent five years, and summarized the regulatory functions of these regulation substances on physiological and molecular aspects of vegetable crops under abiotic stress, such as salt, drought, osmotic, low temperature, high temperature, hypoxia, waterlogging, oxidation, ultraviolet radiation, heavy metals and diseases and insect pests and so on. Based on these studies, the paper could provide a theoretical basis for enhancing stress resistance of vegetable crops and breeding of resistant cultivars by the application of exogenous growth regulation substances.
