摘要
以黄皮洋葱鳞茎为试材,以MS+BA 0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L为基础,White+BA 0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L培养基为对照,研究了培养基的形态(固态和液态)及用量对洋葱试管苗生长的影响。试验结果表明,MS液体培养基优于MS固体培养基,其用量以50 mL三角瓶中放15 mL培养液最佳。
In the paper, we studied the effects of the different medium forms (solid and liquid) and dosages on the growth of onion seedlings in vitro, by taking onion bulbs with yellow skin as test materials, and taking MS basic culture medium+ 0.4 mg/L BA+0.1 mg/L NAA as treatments and White medium+0.4 mg/L BA+0.1 mg/L NAA as the control. The results showed that the MS liquid medium was better than MS solid medium for in vitro onion seedlings, and its optimal dosage was 15 mL in 50 mL triangular flask.
