醛固酮拮抗剂对冠心病左心室舒张功能的影响

The influence of Aldosterone antagonists on left ventricular diastolic function of the patients with coronary heart disease

目的研究醛固酮拮抗剂对冠心病患者左心室舒张功能的影响。方法选择经冠状动脉造影检查诊断为冠心病的患者75例,随机分为常规治疗组和醛固酮拮抗剂螺内酯治疗组。分别于治疗前、后6个月应用超声应变率的方法测定左心室舒张功能。结果治疗后2组比较各项应变率指标均有不同程度的改善;组间比较,在螺内酯治疗组有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规治疗的基础上加用醛固酮拮抗剂螺内酯可改善冠心病患者左心室舒张功能,并随着治疗时间的延长效果更明显。

Objective To research the influence of Aldosterone Antagonists on left ventricular diastolic function of the patients with Coronary Heart Disease .Mtehods The seventy -five patients who were with Coronary Heart Disease diagnosed by Coronary Artery Angiography , and were randomly divided into two groups：Conventional and Aldosterone Antagonists Spironolactone treatment group ; to determine left ventricular diastolic function with ultrasound strain rate at the time of six month before or after treatment .Results After treatment,two groups both had different level＇s improvements on ultrasound strain rate; compared of the two groups ,Aldosterone Antagonists Spironolactone treament group had remarkable improvement which had Statistics difference . Conclusion At the basis of conventional treatment , Add Aldosterone Antagonists Spironolactone could improve the left ventricular diastolic function of the patients with coronary heart disease , and had better results with the extensionof time.
