摘要
土地整理效益评价是科学评价土地整理效果的依据。运用层次分析法、模糊综合评价法和等差法构建土地整理效益评价指标体系和评价模型,并以安徽省郎溪县南丰镇土地整理项目区为例,对项目整理前后的各种效益进行评价与分析。结果表明:该项目的经济、社会、生态效益均达到"良好"标准,取得了良好的综合效益。
The evaluation of land consolidation benefit is the basis of a scientific evaluation of land consolidation effect. Using the methods of AHP, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and arithmetic progression, this paper establishes the index system of land consolidation benefit evaluation and evaluation model, and with land consolidation project in Nanfeng Town, Langxi County, Anhui Province as an example, appraises all the benefits before and after the land consolidation program. The results show that the social, economic and ecological benefits are fairly satisfactory.
