营盘新珍珠贝养殖区浮游植物调查研究

摘要 2010--2011年,按季节在北海营盘新珍珠贝养殖区海域进行了4次采样调查,对浮游植物的种类和分布进行了初步研究。结果表明,该海域共有浮游植物36属、82种;春季以细柱藻属(Leptocylindrus)占优,夏季以海链藻属(Thalassiosira)占优,秋季以角毛藻属(Tholassiosira)占优,冬季以菱形藻属(Nitzschia)和海链藻属(Thalassiosira)占优。各季节各站位浮游植物数量为2.8×10^4-9.6×10^4个/mL,均处于同一数量级,多样性指数为2.54—2.94,均匀度指数为0.47~0.55,水质处于轻度污染状态。作为规划的珍珠贝养殖区,该海域的饵料生物数量偏低是规划时需要考虑的因素。 Based on the investigation records collected from new pearl oyster culture area in Yingpan Beihai per season during the period of 2010-2011. The species and distribution of phyto- plankton were investigated preliminary. The results showed that there were 82 species in total, rep- resenting 36 genera. Leptocylindrus was dominant in spring, Thalassiosira was dominant in sum- mer, Chaetoeeros was dominant in fall,and Nitzschia and Thalassiosira were dominant in winter. Each season in each station, the phytoplankton quantity ranged from 2.8 ×10^4 to 9.6× 10^4 eells/L which located in the same order of magnitude, and the diversity index in the range of 2.54-2.94, evenness in the range of 0.47-0.55. The results indicated that the water was in the light polluted status. As the planning culture zone for pearl oyster, a low level live food of this sea area is the fac- tor to be considered when planning.
