摘要
结合《机动车运行安全技术条件》GB7258—2012的实施,从机动车主、被动安全两个方面,对新、旧国标中关于机动车安全方面所做出的更改进行了对比分析,得出GB7258—2012的制定相比于GB7258—2004,对机动车安全性能做出了更加严格、具体的要求,即GB7258-2012适用于我国目前的机动车运行状况的结论。
Combined with GB7258-2012, namely the safe operation of motor vehicles technical conditions of implementation, the changes between the old and the new national standard on motor vehicle safety from active and passive aspects were compared and analyzed, and then the conclusion that new GB7258-2012 provides more strict and precise requirements than GB7258-2004, which adapts to the moter vehicle driving status in China.
