摘要
PLC控制系统是为整流桥装配生产线而研发的,该生产线共有4个工位,可完成对整流桥的组装、螺栓压入、焊接、检测等工作,利用PLC控制生产线上各项运动,从而使整流桥装配过程实现自动化。系统运行表明,基于PLC的整理桥装配生产线控制系统安全可靠,操作简单,运行稳定,不仅可以简化工序,降低人工成本,而且可以优化设计自动化装配线,增加产能,提高生产效率,同时为其他装配生产线的设计与应用提供思路。
The PLC control system was developed for the bridge rectifier assembly line. The line which 4 stations, can finish the rectifier bridge assembling, the rectifier bridge bolt pressing, welding, testing. It was controlled by PLC to realize the automation of the assembly process of the bridge rectifier The running system shows that the control system of rectifier bridge assembly production line based on PLC is safe and reliable, which has advantages of simple operation, stable operation, it not only can simplify the process, reduce labor cost, but also can optimize the design of automation assembly line, increase productivity and improve the production efficiency, at the same time provides the ideas for design and application of other assembly line.
