摘要
高烈度震区的多层结构一直是设计的难题,主要是抗震指标及单位用钢量难以控制。新疆喀什地区地震烈度为8度0.3g,拟建建筑物为三层商业楼,带一层地下室(大底盘),可选结构体系有框架结构、少墙框架结构及框架-抗震墙结构三种,本文主要介绍这三种体系的计算结果及对比分析,提出可行的方案及抗震措施。
It is always a challenge to design multilayer architecture in high-intensity earthquake zone, because the seismic indicators and unit dosage of steel are difficult to control. The seismic intensity is 8 degrees, and the seismic acceleration is 0.3g in Kashi, where a three-story commercial building plans to build with a layer of basement (large chassis) . There are three structural systems to be selected, which are frame structure, few wall frame struc- ture, frame-shear wall structure. This paper mainly describes the results of these three systems and comparative analysis, furthermore, proposes feasible solutions and seismic measures.
