夏热冬暖地区既有公共建筑节能改造技术浅析

Existing Public Buildings Energy Efficiency Reform Technology Analysis in the Hot Summer and Warm Winter Zone

通过阅读大量文献资料,对国内外既有建筑节能改造情况进行分析,并针对夏热冬暖地区的气候特点及其典型代表城市(广州市)公共建筑的能耗特点,从建筑围护结构、暖通空调系统、建筑照明系统等方面,探讨了适合在夏热冬暖地区使用的公共建筑节能改造技术。最后,根据相关的标准、规范,给出了广州市实施公共建筑节能改造工作的内容及其步骤,即建筑节能诊断、建筑节能改造方案的确定、建筑节能改造实施和建筑节能改造后的评估。

By analyzing energy efficiency reform at home and abroad, energy efficiency reform technology to exist- ing public buildings in the hot summer and warm winter zone was discussed from building envelope, HVAC system and lighting system, which aim at climatic features and energy consumption characteristics for public buildings in Guangzhou. Finally, according to the relevant standard and specification, the steps and methods of the energy effi- ciency reform technology are recommended for the existing buildings in Guangzhou city, which are building energy diagnostics, building energy-saving program to determine, building energy efficiency reform implementation and its evaluation after the reform.
