Under the background of educational transformation in army colleges and unive^ities, to cultivate qualified fi^t-post talents has become an urgent task for the academies. Colleges should further strengthen the transfi^rmation of the faculty by providing them with more opportunities to research on the grassroots troops. Colleges, in the further deepening of teaching reform, should also lay a good foundation for the cultivation of high-quality talents by establishing a connection channel between colleges and troops and actively explo- ring the effective mechanism to foster talents by joint efforts.
