摘要
目的:探讨课程标准教学与传统教学在诊断学教学中的效果。方法:选取2007级、2010级三年制临床专业学生分别作为对照组和实验组,对照组进行传统教学,实验组进行课程标准教学,将两组学生的理论考核成绩和实践考核成绩分别进行比较,并发放问卷调查表,对诊断学教学效果予以评价。结果:学生实践考核成绩及对"能否激发学习能动性"、"能否提高动手能力"、"能否加强分析问题能力"、"是否容易从基础向临床过渡"的评价,实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:课程标准教学较传统教学具有明显优势,对提高诊断学教学质量具有重要意义。
Objective :To explore the effects of curriculum standardized teaching and traditional teaching in diagnostics teaching. Meth- ods:Clinical professional junior college in grade 2007 and 2010 served as control group and experimental group respectively, and the control group with traditional teaching, experimental group with curriculum standardized teaching. This paper makes a comparative a- nalysis of the scores of the theory examination and practical examination, and a questionnaire was conducted to evaluate the effects of diagnostics teaching. Results: Evaluation of students practice examination shows it can stimulate the learning initiative, improve the operative ability, and strengthen the ability to analyze problems and easily to transit from basic to clinic. The experimental group is sig- nificantly higher than the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Curriculum standardized teaching has obvious advantages compared with the traditional teaching, and it has a great significance in improving the quality of diagnostics teaching.
