摘要
目的:探讨典型病例引导结合PBL(基于问题的教学)教学法在口腔颌面外科临床教学中的效果。方法:2012年03月-2012年06月在山东大学齐鲁医院颌面外科涎腺疾病临床教学中,将参加教学2007级本科七年制学生34人,随机平均分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用改良PBL教学法,对照组接受传统教学。对两组学生进行客观试题考核和主观问卷调查,比较两种教学法的效果。结果:客观考核表明,改良PBL教学组成绩显著优于传统教学组;问卷调查显示,改良PBL教学法相比传统教学法更能够激发学生的学习兴趣和提高教学效果。结论:典型病例引导结合PBL教学法与传统教学法授课相比,教学效果显著提高,在口腔颌面外科临床教学中值得推广。
Objective: To access the effect of modified PBL method in teaching course of oral & maxillofacial surgery. Methods: From March 2012 to June 2012 in Stomatnlogy Department of Qilu Hospital, Shandong University, the modified PBL teaching mode was in- treduced in 17 undergraduate students of grade 5, meanwhile, the lecture-based learning mode was applied in 17 undergraduate students of grade 5 as the control. Both questionnaires and written examination were. followed to access the learning effecl. Results : Written examination indicated that the score in modified PBL group was significantly superior to that in the lecture-based learning group. Questionnaire examination showed that modified PBL method was highly approved by students. Conclusions: modified PBL is superior to traditional lecture-based learning, and the modified PBL teaching mode is worthy of application.
