摘要
运用多元智力理论,对老年护理学进行以下三方面教学设计:注重个性化教学,突出"以学生为本";创建多元教学环境,促进智力全面发展;重视学生学习过程,建立多元化评价机制,以期达到激发护生学习主动性,提高自主学习能力;培养护生反思学习能力,提升综合素质的目的。
In order to stimulate nursing students^learning initiative and positivity to improve their independent learning ability and train reflection learning ability to promote their comprehensive quality, now, based on the theory of muhiple intelligences, the teaching of gerontological nursing has been designed from the three aspects: importance attached to personalized teaching to highlight student-orien- ted; creating multiple teaching environment to promote the all-roared development of intelligence; importance attached to students learning process and establishing a diversified evaluation mechanism,
