摘要
根据参与英国、泰国和新加坡医学教育的亲身经历,对这三个国家的医学教育和毕业后培训体系进行了介绍和比较,分析了英式医学教育及其对医师临床思维和操作能力培训的特点,并针对我国医学教育现况提出了思考与建议。
According to the personal experiences in the medical education in United Kingdom, Thailand and Singapore, the author in- troduced and compared medical education and postgraduate training systems in the three countries. This paper also analyzes the charac- teristics of the British medical education focusing on the clinical thinking and practice skills for physicians. It also puts forward some suggestions and reflects on the current medical education in China.
