In today＇ s China, with regard to training outstanding doctors, the authors should think more how to further reform school system and mechanism from altering the idea and concept, and academic learning system could be a pragmatic approach. It is of great value on theory and practice to construct academic learning system for plumping personality education of medical students and structuring new training mode and mechanism of outstanding doctors.
