摘要
高等院校教师教学能力发展问题越来越得到教育管理部门和教师本人的重视,校本培训是解决教师教学能力培训与发展的重要渠道。研究结合调查研究讨论了教师教学能力校本培训和发展存在的供需矛盾突出、重视程度不足、缺乏系统的培训体系、基本教学组织的培训职能作用缺失、缺乏发展动机、缺乏交流指导等问题,提出了解决管理理念、构建校本培训体系、完善政策制度、加强基层教学组织建设、推动教学反思和教学研究等解决策略。
The development of teaching aptitude of university teachers grows appealing to the educational administration as well as the teachers themselves. The school-based training is assumed as one approach to improvement of their teaching aptitude. Based on a survey by questionnaire, this paper discusses the problems of contradictions in training providence and demand, lack of highlighting the training itself, lack of training systems, loss of the training function of basic teaching units, lack of motivation for development and lack of instructions for communications and proposes such coping strategies as completion of management concepts, reconstruction of schoolbased training system, perfection of regulations, enhanced construction of basic teaching units and intensification of teaching reflections and teaching research.
