提升体育专业大学生英语水平路径探析

Improving English of Physical Education Majors

随着我国高等教育的发展,体育专业学生的数量愈来愈多,综合素质愈来愈高,但在英语学习方面,却存在着基础知识相对薄弱、学习动机不够明确、学习兴趣不够浓厚、学习效果不够理想等倾向性的问题。解决此类问题,应从激励和引导两条路径着手,教育学生深刻认识英语学习的重要性、激发学生英语学习的积极性,帮助学生弥补英语学习的缺陷、引导学生掌握英语学习的方法。

With the development of higher education and the increasing number of students, physi- cal education majors are getting higher comprehensive quality. However, lots of them have many prob- lems in learning English, such as poor English basis, weak study motivation, bad learning outcome, and so on. Teachers should solve the problem in two ways. First, they need to encourage the students and help them realize the importance of learning English, improve the learning enthusiasm and develop au- tonomous learning. Second, teachers should try hard to guide the students to get strong motivation, great interest and better English learning strategies. Only then can physical education majors improve their English efficiently.
