摘要
COREX熔化气化炉炉顶设备由1个万向节溜槽布料器和8个挡板布料器两种布料设备组成,文章分析了挡板布料器在不同挡板角度和料线高度下对布料规律的影响.首先对挡板布料器的布料过程进行了物理实验模拟,获得了不同挡板角度和料线高度下的料流轨迹、落点位置、料面形状等重要信息.物理实验结果表明:在同一挡板角度下,随着料线高度的增加,料流宽度逐渐变宽,物料分布面积变大,落点区间变宽并且向炉墙一侧移动;而在同一料线高度下,随着挡板角度的增加,物料落点区间宽度和物料分布面积变化不大.挡板角度较小时形成较为集中的料流轨迹,挡板角度较大时形成具有一定分散度的料流轨迹.
The charging system of COREX melting gasifier involves one Coal - Gimbal distributor and eight DRI - Flap dis- tributors. The effect of flap angle on charging law was analyzed with the different flap angles and the different stockline lev-els. First, an experiment was performed with flap distributor, and the burden trajectory and the pile structure were obtained under different flap angles and different stockline levels. Physical experiment results show:under the same angle, along with the stockline level grows, the burden trajectory width grows, experimental material distributing area grows, the place- ment interval grows and moves to the oven walls; under the same stockline level, along with the flap angle grows, the placement interval width and material distributing area change hardly. The burden trajectory is small when the flap angle is smaller, and the burden trajectory has definite dispersion when the flap angle is larger.
