护理干预降低骨科择期手术患者家属焦虑情绪的影响及意义

The impact and significance of nursing intervention to reduce anxiety to the families of the optional period row bone surgery patients

目的探讨骨科择期手术患者家属焦虑的主要表现形式及原因,并分析护理干预对焦虑的影响及意义。方法对200例择期行骨科手术患者家属进行问卷调查并作SAS评分,200例家属按数字法随机分为对照组与观察组各100例,对照组采用一般护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上采取综合护理干预,并再次对两组患者进行SAS评分。结果担心手术、麻醉与预后,缺乏对疾病的认知,担心医疗费用,医院的环境因素等是引起家属焦虑的主要因素;对照组与观察组护理干预后的SAS评分分别为(47.43±3.12)分和(42.17±2.55)分,组间差异有统计学意义(t=13.054,P<0.05)。结论骨科择期手术患者家属存在不同程度的焦虑情绪,通过针对性的综合护理干预,能明显缓解家属的焦虑情绪。

Objective To investigate the optional manifestations and causes of anxiety for the families of the period line bone surgery patients and analyze the impact and significance of nursing intervention on anxiety. Methods 200 cases of family members were selected for the SAS score. 200 cases of family members divided into a control group and the ob- servation group according to the random number table, 100 cases in each group. The control group took general care measures, the observation group took more active nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, SAS scored for two groups of family members. Results Fear of surgery, anesthesia, and prognosis, lack of awareness of disease, worry about medical expenses and hospital environmental factors were the main factors that cause the families of anxiety. SAS scores of the control group and the observation group were （47.43 4-3.12） and （42.17 i 2.55） after the care interven- tion, respectively. The difference was statistically significant in the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The families of the Optional Period row bone surgery patients have varying degrees of anxiety, through targeted nursing intervention can significantly alleviate the anxiety of the family members.
