优质护理服务在眼科病房工作中的实践与人文价值 被引量:19

摘要 目的探讨优质护理服务在眼科病房的应用效果。方法随机抽取2010年1月~10月未开展优质护理服务的116例病例为对照组,2012年1月-10月开展优质护理服务的138例病例为观察组。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组实施优质护理,对两组患者满意度进行问卷调查,比较优质护理服务前后患者的满意度情况。结果自实施优质护理服务以来,患者满意度由57.8%提高到97.8%,组间差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。结论在眼科病房实施优质护理服务可以提高患者的满意度,促进护患关系和谐,有利于推进护理学科的专业化发展。 Objective To explore practice and application of high quality nursing service in ophthalmologic clinical nursing work. Methods One hundred and sixteen patients were in control group during January 2010 to October 2010. One hundred and thirty-eight patients were in experimental group during January 2012 to October 2012. Control group patients accepted usual care, whereas experimental group patients accepted high quality nursing service. The patient sat- isfaction questionnaires and clinical nursing quality were observed. Results Patient satisfaction in experimental group was significantly higher compared with control group (P'(0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing service improve pa- tient satisfaction and promote the nurse-patient relationship in ophthalmology.
