摘要
根据PVK掺杂后荧光谱的改变,提出了PVK掺杂的掺杂机制,沿PPV链是极化子和双极化子态,而链间是由于双极化子的跃迁。实践结果与模型相符。
On the basis of the changes of the fluorescence spectra for PVK after doping, the doping mechanism for doping PVK is presented. Carriers are polarons and bipolarons along the polymer chains. And the conductance could be realized through bipolaron hopping between chains. The experimental facts could be explained by this model satisfactorily.
