摘要 采用环-盘摩擦磨损试验机进行S50MC型船用柴油机曲轴颈-轴瓦材料配副磨合磨损试验,利用油液检测技术研究了不同轴向载荷对45#钢曲轴颈与AlSn40合金轴瓦摩擦副的磨合磨损性能的影响。结果表明:在不同轴向载荷下,此摩擦副的磨合性能存在一定差异,45#钢曲轴颈和AlSn40合金轴瓦副擦副在中等轴向载荷下可获得良好的磨合磨损性能。 The running-in wear test for materials of crankshaft journal against bearing shell of S50MC marine diesel engine has been conducted by a ring-on-disc tester in this paper. The effect of performance of running-in wear for 45# fabricated steel crankshaft journal-A1Sn40 alloy bearing shell friction pair under different axial loads has been studied by oil monitoring technology. Research was shown that the certain differences exist in running-in wear properties of this friction pair under different axial loads. When the test load is 40 N, the A1Sn40 alloy bearing shell's running in wear properties were best, the 45# fabricated steel crankshaft journal-A1Sn40 alloy bearing shell friction pair will obtain a good running-in wear properties in the middle axial load.
